Onboarding Process
CV Client
Upon contacting us, we will promptly send you a link to our CV packages for you to make a selection if you haven't done so already. You may then share your current CV with us for a review. During this phase, we will also provide you with the necessary payment details. Once payment is made, your order is validated and confirmed and we can start working on it.
Interview Coaching Client
Upon reaching out to us, we will promptly provide you with a link to explore our range of comprehensive coaching packages specifically tailored for interview preparation. If you haven't already selected a package, you can do so at this stage. Subsequently, we will furnish you with the necessary payment details. Once your payment is successfully completed, your order will be considered both valid and confirmed.
Execution of Your Order
CV Client
Once we have gathered all the relevant information from you, our team will begin the process of drafting and revamping your CV. Throughout this stage, we may reach out to you to request additional details if needed. You will receive a couple of drafts of your CV and Cover Letter, and we encourage you to provide your input, comments, and any feedback you may have. At this point, you may also provide one job advert for your documents to be tailored to if you would like. Our team will review the documents up to three times, ensuring that all necessary updates are made.
If your order includes a LinkedIn makeover, we are committed to providing you with a visually striking profile to capture attention, convey your professional identity, and make a memorable first impression. To create an impactful LinkedIn profile, we may request a professional photograph and create and share a custom-made graphic image for your LinkedIn banner to accurately represent your personal brand and maximize your online visibility. Our aim is to optimize your LinkedIn presence and ensure that it aligns seamlessly with your career goals and aspirations to equip you with a visually compelling and well-crafted profile that highlights your expertise and attracts relevant opportunities in your desired industry.
If your order includes a bio and we have already worked on your CV, we would most likely largely have gathered a significant amount of the information needed to create your compelling bio. Our thorough work on your CV allows us to extract relevant details and achievements that form the foundation of your professional story. However, to ensure that your bio captures your unique essence and presents a well-rounded picture of your professional journey, we may still reach out to you. We may request a professional photograph of you, which adds a personal touch to your bio and helps to create a stronger connection with your audience.
Interview Coaching Client
Once we receive the details of your target job as a link/URL or PDF document, our dedicated team will meticulously tailor your chosen interview package to align perfectly with the specific job advert or description you provide.
By analyzing the job advert or description you share with us, we gain valuable insights into the key skills, qualifications, and attributes sought by the employer. This enables us to develop an interview coaching package that addresses these specific criteria and equips you with the confidence and knowledge to excel in your upcoming interview.
Our goal is to ensure that you are fully prepared and able to effectively showcase your strengths and suitability for the desired role. With our tailored approach, we strive to enhance your chances of securing the job and advancing your career aspirations.
4. Final Delivery
CV Client
After all the reviews and updates have been meticulously carried out, we will promptly deliver the digital final versions of your CV, Cover Letter, and, if applicable, bio to your designated email address. Our commitment to timely delivery of the final versions of your documents and online profile reflects our dedication to ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our valued clients. Interview Coaching Client
Once your interview coaching package(s) has been carefully crafted and personalized to align with your desired job, it will be promptly delivered to your email inbox in a convenient digital format. This gives you the flexibility to access the valuable resources, tips, and strategies whenever and wherever you need them, empowering you to prepare for your interview with confidence. We are committed to equipping you with the necessary tools and insights to excel in your interview and secure the job opportunity you desire.
Notes:
A CV order with a delivery time of 48 hours or less (only applicable to a launch pack) attracts a rush fee of 100,000.
The standard turnaround time for a launch pack is 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Other CV packages may require more time.
Interview packages are deliverable within 24 hours with the exception of the packages under Budgeting Math.
Installment payments attract a surcharge (see FAQs for more information) and are not applicable to non-bundle interview packages.
